• The initial appointment must be in person at our office in Raleigh, North Carolina
• Follow-up appointments may be conducted via telehealth
• For telehealth visits, you must be physically located in North Carolina at the time of the appointment

⭐Kate Willis NP accepts patients who are located in Alabama and North Carolina, with the following requirements:

North Carolina Patients

• All appointments are provided via telehealth
• You must be physically located in North Carolina at the time of each appointment

Alabama Patients

• The initial appointment must be in person at our office in Birmingham, Alabama
• Follow-up appointments may be conducted via telehealth
• For telehealth visits, you must be physically located in Alabama at the time of the appointment
• At least one in-person visit per year is required
